“Use martial arts skills for self defense and physical fitness only”

  1. Ready position.
  2. Left foot step forward into a front stance, double in-to-out middle block.
  3. Right foot step forward into a front stance, right palm strike to the side of the jaw.
  4. Left foot step foot forward into a front stance, left palm strike to the side of the jaw.
  5. Right step forward into a front stance, right palm strike to the side of the jaw.
  6. Right step back into a back stance, left out-to-in knife hand block.
  7. Left step back into a back stance, right out-to-in knife hand block.
  8. Right step back into a back stance, left out-to-in knife hand block.
  9. Pull left foot up into a right crane stance, right hand high block while left low block to the side (slow, of about five counts).
  10. Left step down into a horse stance, right turning hook punch.
  11. Turn 360" to the left and land in a horse stance, right turning hook punch.
  12. Pivot 90" left and bring right foot over into a horse stance (stomps), splitting mountain blocks. Yell !!
  13. Turn 180" to the right and move left foot over to form a horse stance, double in-to-out middle blocks.
  14. Pull left foot into right and form a ready stance, double low blocks to the sides of the body (slow, of about five counts).
  15. Pivot right foot 180' right and bring left foot over into a horse stance (stomps), splitting mountain blocks.
  16. Pull the right foot up into a left crane stance while turning the body 90" right, left high block while right low block to the side of the body (slow, of about five counts).
  17. Land right foot into a horse stance, left turning hook punch.
  18. Turn 360" to the right landing in a horse stance, left turning hook punch.
  19. Pull right foot back into a left crane stance, left high block while right low block to the sides (slow, of about five counts).
  20. Step right foot down into a horse stance, left turning hook punch.
  21. Turn 360" to the right and land in a horse stance, left turning hook punch.
  22. Pivot right foot 90" right and bring the left foot over into a horse stance (stomps), mountain block. Yell !!
  23. Turn 180" right, land in a horse stance double in-to-out middle blocks.
  24. Pull right leg back into ready stance, double low blocks to the sides (slow, of about five counts).
  25. Turn 180" left and bring right foot over into a horse stance (stomps), splitting mountain blocks.
  26. Pull the left foot up into a right crane stance while turning the body 90" left, right high block, while left low block to the side of your body (slow, of about five counts).
  27. Left step down into a horse stance, right turning hook punch.
  28. Turn 360" to the left, land in a horse stance, right turning hook punch.
  29. Bring left foot back to ready position.
