“Use martial arts skills for self defense and physical fitness only”

  1. Ready position.
  2. Turn 90" left, left back stance, double wrist-hand block, left shoulder grab, right upper cut punch.
  3. Pull left foot back into a ready stance, left knife-hand strike to neck.
  4. Bring left foot next to right foot.
  5. Slide right foot out into a back stance, double wrist-hand block, right shoulder grab, left upper cut punch.
  6. Pull right foot into a ready stance, right knife-hand strike to neck.
  7. Bring right foot to left foot then move left foot forward into a back stance, double knife-hand middle block.
  8. Right snap kick, land into a front stance, left palm block down, right spear-hand strike to the solar plexus.
  9. Pivot right foot 360" to the left while twisting the right spear-hand to the back.
  10. Land into a left front stance, left side way hammer-fist strike.
  11. Right foot step forward into a front stance, right hand middle punch. Yell !!
  12. Pivot 270" on the right foot, left back stance, double wrist-hand block, left shoulder grab, right upper cut punch.
  13. Pull left foot back into ready stance, left knife-hand strike to neck.
  14. Bring left foot next to right foot.
  15. Move right foot out into a back stance, double wrist-hand block, right shoulder grab, left upper cut punch.
  16. Pull right foot into a ready stance, right knife-hand strike to neck.
  17. Bring right foot to left foot then move left foot forward into a back stance, double knife-hand middle block.
  18. Right snap kick, land into a front stance, left palm block down, right spear-hand strike to the solar plexus.
  19. Pivot right foot 360" to the left while twisting the right spear-hand behind the head.
  20. Land into a left front stance, left side way hammer fist strike.
  21. Right step forward into a front stance, right hand middle punch. Yell !
  22. Pivot right foot 270" to the left into a horse stance, left hand low block to the side.
  23. Slide left foot out into a front stance, right hand reverse middle punch.
  24. Bring left foot back into a ready stance.
  25. Move right foot out into a horse stance, right low block to the side.
  26. Slide right foot out into a front stance, left hand middle punch.
  27. Bring right foot back and return to ready position.

Our extended family has always been loyal to EMA and EMA has made it possible for everyone to stay fit, continue to learn TKD, and advance, all students have to do is show up.
