“Use martial arts skills for self defense and physical fitness only”

  1. Feet together, cross open hands in front of groin with the left on top.
  2. Right step out into ready position, bring hands up then slowly perform two low-knife-spreading blocks.
  3. Bring both palms up and slowly press palms away at face level.
  4. Turn 90" right, right foot forward back stance, right single-knife-hand low block.
  5. Turn 180" left, left foot forward back stance, left single-knife-hand middle block, slide left foot out into a front stance, right elbow strike up to the chin.
  6. Right snap kick, follow with a left back kick.
  7. Land 180" right into a right back stance, double-knife-hand middle block, circle hands counter clockwise and perform a double-knife-hand low block
  8. Move right foot to form a horse stance, right assisted (high) in-to-out block (left fist at solar plexus level with palm down).
  9. Pick up the right foot and stamp it down into a horse stance while swinging both fists around to the right, and execute a right hand downward back fist strike, Yell !
  10. Swing both fists around to the left while executing a left hand downward back fist strike.
  11. Cross the left foot over the front of the right foot into a cross stance, double-elbows strike to the sides of your body.
  12. Move the right foot out into a horse stance, mountain block.
  13. Pull right foot up into a left crane stance, left high block while right hand low block to the side of the body.
  14. Pull both fists to the hip, then right side kick, land in a front stance, left elbow strike up.
  15. Left snap kick, land, follow with a right back kick.
  16. Land 180" left into a left back stance, double-knife-hand middle block, circle hands clockwise and perform a double-knife-hand low block.
  17. Move left foot to form a horse stance, left assisted (high) in-to-out block (right fist at solar plexus level with palm down).
  18. Pick up the left foot and stamp it down into a horse stance while swinging both fists around to the left, and execute a left downward back fist strike, Yell !!
  19. Swing both fists around to the right while executing a right downward back fist strike.
  20. Cross the right foot over the front of the left foot into a cross stance, double-elbows strike to the sides of your body.
  21. Move the left foot out into a horse stance, mountain block.
  22. Pull left foot up into a right crane stance, right high block while left low block to the side of the body.
  23. Pull both fists to the right hip, then left side kick and left sideway hammer fist strike.
  24. Land in a front stance right elbow strike to left palm.
  25. Pull the left foot back next to right, cross hands in front of groin.
