“Use martial arts skills for self defense and physical fitness only”

  1. Ready position.
  2. Turn 90" left, left tiger stance, double low-spreading knife-hands block.
  3. Right front kick, front stance, double middle punches (right, then left).
  4. Turn right foot 180" right, into a tiger stance, double low-spreading knife-hands block.
  5. Left front kick, front stance, double middle punches (left, then right).
  6. Slide left foot 90" left into a front stance, left knife-hand high block, right hand extending knife-hand strike (palm up).
  7. Right palm-pressing block and grab, right step forward into a front stance, left reverse middle punch.
  8. Left palm-pressing block and grab, left step forward into a front stance, right reverse middle punch.
  9. Right palm-pressing block and grab, right step forward into a front stance, left reverse middle punch, Yell !
  10. Pivot 260" on the right foot, left back stance, double wrist hand block, pull the left fist to right shoulder while doing a right reverse upper cut punch.
  11. Left side-punch.
  12. Pull left foot back into a crane stance, left side kick with left sideway hammer fist strike, landing into a front stance, right elbow strike to left palm.
  13. Move left foot into right while turning 90" to the right.
  14. Turn right foot 90" right, back stance, double wrist hand block, pull the right fist to the left shoulder while doing a left reverse upper cut punch.
  15. Right side punch.
  16. Pull right foot back into a crane stance, right side kick with right sideway hammer-fist strike, landing into a front stance, left elbow strike to right palm.
  17. Pull right foot back into left, then turn left foot 90" left into a back stance, double-knife-hand middle block.
  18. Right step forward into a front stance, left palm block down, right spear hand strike to solar plexus.
  19. Pivot 360" on the right foot while twisting the right spear hand to the back.
  20. Land into a left back stance, left back fist strike across.
  21. Right step forward into a front stance, right middle punch, Yell !!
  22. Pivot 270" on the right foot, front stance, scissor block with left hand low.
  23. Right snap kick land into a front stance, double middle punch (right, then left).
  24. Turn right 180" right into a front stance, scissor block with right hand low.
  25. Left snap kick land into a front stance, double middle punch (left, then right).
  26. Pull left foot back into ready position.

Our extended family has always been loyal to EMA and EMA has made it possible for everyone to stay fit, continue to learn TKD, and advance, all students have to do is show up.
