“Use martial arts skills for self defense and physical fitness only”

  1. Ready position
  2. Step left foot forward into a back stance, double-fists middle block.
  3. Slide left foot out into a front stance, right hand reverse middle punch.
  4. Jump right foot snap kick, followed by a left foot snap kick (in the air), Yell! 
  5. Land left foot down in a front stance, left hand out-to-in middle block. Two rapid middle section punch, right first then left.
  6. Step right foot up into a front stance and right hand middle section punch. 
  7. Turn 270" left on your right foot to face the right in a backward front stance, half-mountain block; left low, right in-to-out.
  8. Stay in place and turn body towards the left to form a front stance, right hand upper cut while left fist pulls to right shoulder (slowly).
  9. Pull left foot across over right and face the right in a backward front stance, half-mountain block; right low, left in-to-out.
  10. Stay in the same place, turn body towards the left to form a front stance, left hand upper cut punch while right fist pulls to left shoulder (slowly).
  11. Turn 90" left on your left foot, facing the front in a back stance, double-knife-hand middle block.
  12. Slide the left foot out to form a front stance, right hand reverse middle punch.
  13. Right leg snap kick then pulled back to original position. Step left foot back and form a tiger stance with the right leg in front, right hand middle section palm block.
  14. Turn 90" left and form a left foot forward tiger stance, double-knife-hand middle block.
  15. Left leg snap kick, then land in a front stance forward, right hand reverse middle punch.
  16. Pull left leg back into tiger stance, left hand middle section palm block.
  17. Turn 180" into a right foot forward tiger stance, double-knife-hand middle block.
  18. Right leg snap kick then land into a front stance, left hand reverse middle punch.
  19. Pull right leg back into tiger stance, right hand middle section palm block.
  20. Turn 90" into a right leg forward back stance, double-fists block low.
  21. Left foot snap kick then leap into right foot jumping snap kick. Yell!
  22. Land right foot forward into a front stance, right hand out-to-in middle block. Reverse left hand middle punch. 
  23. Turn 270" left into a left foot forward back stance, left hand single-knife-hand middle block.
  24. Slide left foot out into a front stance, right elbow strike to neck, followed by right back fist to nose. Left hand reverse middle punch.
  25. Turn 180" right into a right foot forward back stance, right hand single-knife-hand middle block.
  26. Slide right foot out into a front stance, left elbow strike to neck, followed by left back fist to nose. Right hand reverse middle punch.
  27. Come back to ready position by pulling in the left foot in.
